Hi, I'm Nelda Patterson was born in Florida, raised in San Diego! I consider San Diego my home, nurtured by it’s warm and enthralling way of life, where all my fondest memories were made from childhood to teenage years and beyond.

Since 2013 when I started as a REALTOR, I specialize in First Time Buyers, Seller's, Investment Properties of Single Detached Homes and 2-4 Unit Duplexes and Vacant Land. Areas Served are San Diego, Coastal, North County and East Inland.

Involved in many local Non-Profit Organizations from: Goodwill, Am Vets, Hugs and Bags, Extended Hands Community Outreach, Princess Project San Diego , Elementary, Middle and High School Volunteer and Donations throughout San Diego County and Surrounding.
