About Nella
Nella was born in Russia and graduated from Moscow University with a degree in Journalism. Ms.Zelensky came to the United States fifteen years ago and started her real estate career in 1998. Before joining Brown Harris Stevens she was a Vice-President at the Corcoran Group in Manhattan. In 2002 she made a decision that to better service her buyers and sellers she would enroll in a very extensive real estate appraisal program. Nella has developed a very analytical approach to selling real estate which has proven especially helpful with investment properties. In order to better understand the relationship of real estate and taxation Nella has completed Certified Financial Planning course.
Nella is very goal-oriented, patient, excellent at follow-up and as one customer stated “Gets things done!” She gives tremendous consideration to her clients' difficult schedules and travel requirements. Together with her analytical skills and knowledge of the market and pricing it is no surprise that a large percentage of her customers are Wall Street Professionals. Nella is a strong listener, very positive, enthusiastic and supportive. She makes the process of buying and selling interesting and pleasant. Ms. Zelensky lives in Manhattan, loves to read, play the cello, listens to classical music and works diligently to improve her bridge game. One of her goals for 2008 is to participate in fund-raising for spinal cord injury research.
