Our first home buying experience was such a crazy and strange experience… everyone involved on our end even acknowledged how chaotic it was.

However, Nelly was able to step in and support us. She was patient with my many questions, honest about her opinion, and hopeful when houses that I really loved didn’t work out and I got discouraged.
