If you are looking for a prompt and very responsive, yet low pressure sales realtor, please go with Nergis Scott. My husband and I are looking for a home in a very specific area of Round Rock. As soon as we found one that we wanted to see Nergis quickly scheduled an appointment (which was hard to get because it was a very sought after home and had many appointments scheduled). She worked within our schedule and was able to get a viewing within 48 hours. When we arrived at the home Nergis came with comps from nearby homes and gloves for our whole family to wear! Nergis took us on an in depth tour of the home and knew the answers to all of our questions, she had done her homework for sure! After we were done touring the home we took some time to decide what was best for our family, with no pressure from Nergis. We ended up not submitting an offer for that home, but Nergis is busily looking for other homes that we may like in the area. We would recommend Nergis to anyone!

Nergis was great to work with. We had very specific requirements in our home search and she never once got frustrated with us during our search. She was always available to use, quick to respond, quick to make appointments to see homes. We had never purchased a home through Open Door before (and it's challenging) but Nergis navigated it beautifully and went to bat for us on every issue. Additionally, she is actually really fun to home shop with.

Nergis did an exceptional job at holding our hands during our entire house hunting process! As first time buyers, we really didn't know what to expect or how to go about the purchase process. Nergis did a great job at explaining everything to us at each step. Not only that, but whenever we needed her, she was always available. There were countless times when we called her unexpectedly to meet at a newly listed house within the hour, and she always answered and did what she could to get there. It took us awhile to find the perfect house in the demanding Austin market, but she never lost her patience. Nergis knows how to handle situations and isn't afraid to negotiate for her clients best interests. We look forward to working with her again in the future!
