Working with Tyler Katen was amazing. He was super responsive and knowledgable. If he was unsure of something, he worked quickly to find out the correct answer- which is what I wish everyone would do! He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and the second home I viewed was the one that I ended up purchasing. We worked together to determine the best offer for my budget and he made negotiating with the now previous owners so easy. He is familiar with all of the Bay Area and surrounding areas. He is also simply fun to work with! He has a great attitude and a calming demeanor in what can be such a stressful process. I have been sharing his contact info with everyone I know and would definitely work with him again!
