I recently had Newt help me sell a property in Longmont. I found Newt to be good to work with and the transaction went very well. He communicated well throughout the process and advised me on listing tactics. He has a good knowledge of the market conditions and price points to get offers. I had multiple offers within the week of listing the property. The process was smooth start to finish and I would recommend having Newt as your broker.

It has been great working with Newt Wyler on getting our condo. He is very professional and accommodating to our needs for the viewing and recommending properties. He helped us greatly in following up to make sure all documents were esigned and completed on time as I was out of state and unable to sign documents onsite, plus a lender that was located in the east coast. And he was always available when we needed help regarding the property.

I’d definitely recommend him to whoever looking for a realtor in Fort Collins area.

He also went above and beyond any other real estate agent that I've dealt with in the past. Newt is the best realtor we have ever worked with! We were only in town for 3 days, and Newt showed us homes, helped us place an offer, and sealed the deal all before we got back on a plane. Newt helped us sell our house with a relocation company. He did an excellent job with providing guidance around listing our home, communicating with the relocation company and buyer's agent, as well as making sure everything was completed timely and things went smoothly. For relocation there are a lot of additional forms needed and Newt had significant knowledge and was an expert in knowing everything that needed to be completed for the relocation company. We moved to a different city during the selling process so Newt took the lead and went above and beyond to ensure all inspection found items were completed, by finding companies to complete the projects and going to our house to be present during the repair. He was a full service agent and then some. I would highly recommend him to friends and family and if we stayed in the same city we would have used him for future home sales.

A true testament is how an agent acts during a fluctuating market. We experienced some ups and downs during our selling process and Newt did a fantastic job responding, educating and truly working for us. We had an amazing experience working with Newt on our relocation to Colorado. He did a great job giving us a overview of the neighborhoods in Northern Colorado and took nearly a full day driving us around the area on our first visit. He listened to what our growing family would need and helped us make a decision we feel very comfortable with for the future.

After closing escrow, we had a period of time where our house was unoccupied before we moved. During this time, Newt went above and beyond to assist us with giving access to contractors and also helping secure our house afterwards. It was an invaluable asset to have when you are new to the area and don’t have friends/family nearby to help. He was also able to provide referrals on contractors to help get our house move in ready.

We will definitely be using Newt when we are ready for our next home!!!

Newt is an incredible realtor who will have your back throughout the entire process and beyond. We did a new build, and Newt was very helpful in providing insight and expertise regarding builders in the area. He went above and beyond reaching out to the sales agents and getting everything we needed to close. We had a contingency fee placed on our purchase, and when we were told it was non-refundable, Newt challenged it and the builder realized their error. We were moving from out-of-state, so Newt took the time to go to the home as it was being built to take pictures for us. Newt is fantastic and you won't be disappointed.

Newt was spectacular as our home buying real estate agent. He was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate me, due to relocating from 1200 miles away. We spent an entire day together in order to find the right house for my family. He was honest and shared his opinion professionally. Newt was a phenomenal buyers agent for me in my northern Colorado home search. He is always operating at the top of the game. Being a few hours away from the properties, I had to rely on Newt to view the homes for me occasionally. He ALWAYS got their within the same day, but most of the time within a few hours. Once we were under contract, Newt is great about handling and explaining the closing paperwork, keeping track of dates and deadlines and even negotiating with the sellers. Of all the realtors I have used - Newt has been the best. I will be using him for every property I purchase in northern Colorado.

Newt was down right amazing through out this entire process. It was stressful and there is so much that goes in to purchasing a home, and Newt was always available to answer our questions and walk us through it all. He made time to help us with inspections and calling professionals for repairs. He drove up from Loveland many times to meet inspectors and repairmen at our new house. Even though he had other clients that he was actively working with, he truly made me feel like we were his number one priority.
