Nichol truly is the quintessential realtor ... she's so friendly, fun to speak with ... but she's also very focused, dedicated to finding the right house ... and successfully closing! We loved working with her while looking for our home and during the escrow process. We were buying a home remotely (sight unseen) and that added an extra dimension that was not easy to be comfortable with, but Nichol was awesome and helped us every step of the way. While I bombarded her with listings and questions and scenarios, she quickly answered everything, whether through email, text or over the phone. She quickly learned what we were looking for ... being new to New Mexico, we really wanted an older style home that oozed that classic adobe feel (think saltillo tile, kivas, raw exposed abobe brick, mountain views, etc). While remote, she'd schedule FaceTime sessions with us to walk through a house ... we quickly learned to trust her instincts and thoughts on a place. We'd ask - "Does it look & feel like the photos do?", since we were remote. It really helped when she concurred ... or when she didn't.

Then we found a beautiful place up in the mountains of Taos, the morning she was flying off to visit relatives. Somehow, she helped us put in an offer that very day, while she was laid over at different airports ... totally not expected, but just goes to show her dedication. We ultimately didn't get that one (we were outbid), but did setup a trip to come visit, meet her and look for homes. We finally got to meet her which was so nice after speaking remotely for sometime. We didn't find what we were looking for while we were out here in New Mex, but after almost giving up ... we were halfway home (in Sedona at the time) ... she found one more. And that was the one! We quickly made an offer and she helped keep the entire process on track and organized. It wasn't always easy as at one point, the sellers wanted out and at another point we had a concern with one of the inspections. We were stuck in a difficult scenario where we needed additional time to perform additional inspections but had only hours left. With us camping in the middle of nowhere, her and her family on a road trip with spotty cell service, she somehow managed to get a plumber over to the house with only hours to spare and totally saved our transaction and house! We were likely to back out without a proper answer as to the scope of a discovered issue. With a steady hand, she helped us complete the transaction successfully and within time. During this whole process, she kept us informed, prompted us when required for answers and kept all parties (the mortgage broker, inspectors, warranties, title, etc., etc.) in check and all on the same page. We love her, she's truly the best and made our New Mex dream possible. Thank you Nichol!

I had the pleasure of working with Nichol when I was selling my deceased son's house. He originated the process with Nichol but his untimely death forced me to continue the process. Nichol was fantastic, helping me through the process, providing excellent advice, even helping me get the house in good shape. She provided contractors for some of the work. In short, Nichol is my go to realtor. Engaging, smart, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anybody. If I need a realtor in the future, she's the one.

Nichol was extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She took the time to answer all of our questions with care. She was upfront about the process and presented information clearly. She has a very positive attitude and calm demeanor which made us feel very comfortable, confident, and trusting of her throughout the process. Nichol was immensely helpful and professional while helping us find our home in Albuquerque, NM. She is extremely experienced with remote purchases, which was a huge help in the middle of COVID restrictions when everything is becoming more remote transaction oriented. Nichol was always timely with updates and her communication between us, the seller, the lender, and the title agency was absolutely phenomenal. Even after closing Nichol continued to work to help us iron out some last minute issues with the sellers, which speaks volumes about her dedication to her clients. We would wholeheartedly recommend Nichol to anyone that is looking for a realtor!

Nichol was not only good, she was excellent. She helped me negotiate an incredible deal for the purchase of my land in Placitas. She was patient as we contemplated exactly how much we wanted to spend and what was most important to us about the property. She treated us as though we were spending a million dollars and not just $30,000. She kept us informed during the entire transaction and I never felt rushed in making a decision. I would highly recommend Nichol for any real estate transaction. It's funny, If we would have purchased the first property she showed us we would have been done in 1 hour. It was the best deal of the day!
