About Nichol

Nichol Wheeler is a Realtor in the greater Tampa Bay area with a home base in the South Shore. Nichol’s passion is helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals whatever they might be. While she specializes in military relocation and VA loans, she’s well-versed in all types of home loan types and thoroughly enjoys working with First Time Homebuyer’s, as well.

Nichol is a native of North Carolina. Upon graduating high school, she joined the United States Air Force. During much of her tenure in the military, her role placed her in a position to help Airmen and their families. After honorably serving 20 years, she retired to the Tampa Bay area where she joined the real estate profession. In her new role, she found herself still able to give back to military families by aiding them in finding interim, and in many cases, forever homes.

Having extensive, first-hand knowledge about the PCS process and possessing a Military Relocation Professional certification, Nichol is the obvious choice to help facilitate a seamless military transfer for servicemen, women, and their families.
When Nichol isn’t out working hard in the real estate world, she enjoys spending time with her family and dabbling in interior decorating.
