I came to Tampa, Florida in 1998 when my dad was in the U.S. Army and assigned to the University of South Florida (USF) as an ROTC Instructor. I have been relocated several times during my life and understand what it takes to successfully relocate a family. I have relocated to Florida, Kansas, Georgia and Germany.
I am a young and driven individual. My parents Nick & Cindy Davis taught me how to show up for work everyday throughout their military career, they taught me that if you work hard every day, show up then good things will happen. I have worked hard to apply that concept into the jobs I have had. I hold myself to a high standard and except only a job well done. Win-Win is a motto that I embrace.
Before working with Team Davis I mainly worked in the Culinary Arts field and at a variety of restaurants in the New Tampa Area. The art of cooking is a skill and passion that started developing in my high school years and is still present today. It’s something that I found that I enjoy doing for friends and family as opposed to doing it on a large scale as it is in restaurants.
My family has been involved in Real Estate for over 15 years. While obtaining my Associate Degree in Liberal Arts at HCC; I was also working as the Property Manager for Team Davis responsible for moving tenants in and out and helping out with the daily operations of that side of the business. During that time I came to understand the true nature of working in Real Estate and realized it was something that I was interested in pursuing.
