Nicholas Franchik

Nick Franchik grew up with a rich multicultural, Chilean, and American background. Formerly an actor, Nick has translated those talents to real estate, while his Latin roots grant him access to the foundational level of Spanish-speaking real estate throughout Los Angeles. More broadly, Nick has extended his network to include a select group of international buyers and sellers, investing in real estate around the country and world.
