Growing up, Nick shadowed his father in the construction industry. This hands-on experience allows him to assess properties with a unique perspective, making sure his clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions. While getting a degree in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University, Nick realized that his background in construction and wide-reach marketing knowledge would enable him to effectively market properties, ensuring they stand out in a competitive market.

Whether it’s helping someone find their dream home or assisting a seller in starting a new chapter, Nick finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of such meaningful moments. Nick’s connections within the local community provide access to reliable vendors, further simplifying the buying or selling process for his clients.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him at the gym, as his dedication to fitness is a big part of his life. He is also a signed model with BMG in Atlanta. Nick’s strong family values, developed from growing up in a close-knit family, give him a personal touch that his clients value.
