If someone were to ask me what some of his top-quality traits are that embodies who he is as an individual it would include: his keen sense of determination, extremely goal-oriented, focused, attention to detail, honesty, respectful, fanatic of personal development, team player, he love public
speaking, and grateful. Having owned several of his own companies in the Leadership Development and Coaching arena he feels bringing that into the Real Estate Industry is truly key when servicing his clients.

He understands that every situation is different and with that in mind by building a solid relationship and listening to his clients he and his team can lead them with their goals in mind from the start. When establishing a connection with people one of his favorite quotes in life is, "People don't
care how much you know until they know how much you care." Truly believing in that he feels one of the most grateful aspects of who he is is having the ability to transform clients into his friends first. While creating true relationships that last a lifetime.

Nicholas originally began his career in real estate in 2005, specializing in the pre-foreclosure market and rehabs spanning over $25 million in transactions. His love for Real Estate Industry helps feeds his passion which is to serve his clients and help navigate them to help find their dream home in
San Francisco, Oakland, and the surrounding areas.
