In 2022 Nick successfully represented the buyer and seller of the largest apartment building sale in the history of the city of Montrose. His secret? Personal connections. Having met individually and face-to-face with over 400 apartment building owners in the last four years, his refined understanding of local markets and investor appetites allows him to consistently deliver optimal outcomes for clients.

Formerly a SAG/AFTRA actor in blockbuster films and TV shows, including Captain America and NCIS Los Angeles, Nick is a dedicated family man. He and his wife Lauren have two daughters and spend their weekends exploring new restaurants, volunteering at their church, and enjoying the great outdoors.
