Originally from Northern California, Nick relocated to San Diego in 2004, shortly after graduating from SJSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. He began his career in Real Estate that same year. What drew him to Real Estate was his passion for helping others achieve their goals, especially those in his community.
Nick has built his reputation on trust, integrity, open and honest communication. He is a big believer in asking good questions, and more importantly listening to his clients and understanding what is important to them. Some of the words others use to describe him are: professional, trustworthy, caring, determined, patient, calm in the eye of the storm, master negotiator, and market savvy. Something Nick's clients appreciate about him is my diverse background which includes Residential Home Remodeling, Mortgage Banking and Sales/Marketing.
Nick aims to maintain open and honest communication from start to finish through every real estate transaction. He makes himself available and has a “whatever it takes” attitude when it comes to closing your deal.
Nick is a proud father of two kids, Taylor and Colton. Since they were young, he has coached them in pretty much any sport that would have him. These experiences have taught him a lot about what it means to be a good coach: a leader, a supporter, a problem solver, keeping the team focused - especially in the face of adversity - and Nick leverages these experiences when helping his clients through the process of buying and selling a home.
