Nicholas Maloof

Nick Maloof is the founding lawyer of the Maloof Law Group. Begun in 2009, but operating in a different form for many years prior, the Maloof Law Group, APC has become Nick’s professional pride and joy.

Nick personally has experience in each of the areas of practice: Family Law, Estate Planning Law, and Business and Real Estate Transaction Law, but he focuses his practice on Business and Real Estate matters while splitting his time as the owner of Maloof Properties, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm.

One particular focus of Nick’s practice is to serve the local business brokerage community regarding their work in pricing, marketing, and transferring businesses from one owner to the next. This side of his business and real estate practice includes significant work with commercial leases, as well as contract drafting and review, due diligence process and review, and corporate or LLC entity formation.
