Having lived in Houston for more than two decades, Nicholas Moncada has witnessed many trends in the Houston area’s real estate market which helps him to better understand the challenges that his clients encounter.

Nicholas is consistently a top producing agent and was recognized as one of his office’s Top Producers for 2009 specializing in resale and new construction homes in Houston’s finer neighborhoods. Nicholas’ understanding of new construction, from the sale of a lot to the marketing of a completed home, combined with his comprehensive knowledge of market trends and his strong negotiating skills have been extremely beneficial to his many clients throughout Houston.

Nicholas worked for seven years in the Marketing Real Estate and Engineering organization of one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies prior to becoming a Realtor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He is active in several community organizations, is self- motivated, and very responsible and thorough in his follow-up.
