We started searching for a forever home in the midst of what seemed like a shark feeding frenzy for homes with backyards in desirable parts of the bay area.  Our requirements were rapidly getting put on the back burner and we were reaching a point of giving up or moving to a different part of the bay.  This is when we reached out to Nick Roe through a family referral to see if he could move any needles.  Nick was able to get us aligned and motivated quickly, and nudged us to be aggressive when the right deal presented itself.  As luck would have it, within 3 weeks of looking, we found what we wanted via a Trulia alert. Without divulging any secrets here, Nick put together a decisive offer that the seller agent could not refuse.  As exciting as this was, it was just the beginning of the arduous process of closing.  There were multiple occasions through the closing process where Nick's pro-activeness and attention to detail really saved our bacon.  We highly recommend him for both buyers and sellers.  We appreciated Nick's fresh perspective, low ego and his willingness to make bold moves in a market that's not for the faint-hearted.  It was also refreshing to work with someone who's in with the times, tech savvy and social media aware.  Nick went above and beyond compared to other realtors we have done deals with in the past.  We can't wait to do more deals with Nick Roe.
