Nicholas Vicario

Nicholas Vicario is a graduate of Bryant University, with a major in finance and minor in legal studies, and is a native of Providence, Rhode Island. He has been active in real estate for over half a decade and is licensed not only in Florida, but in Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well and can assist with relocation services between all three states.

Nicholas's first real estate job was for RentProv Realty in Providence where he was responsible for renting and leasing residential space. He then moved his license to Williams and Stuart Real Estate where he became familiar with selling. Once there, Nick began working with home buyers and investors in addition to selling and flipping several properties of his own. Nicholas's main focus in real estate is to take the hassle out of relocating and selling your home.

In his free time, Nicholas enjoys outdoor activities, jet skiing, motorcycle riding, hiking, fishing, swimming and traveling.

He is a member of the Providence Board of REALTORS®.
