I have known Nikki Bufalino for the past 15 years as realtor, friend and as a member of the City of Lakeland MPC. Nikki is a creative, dynamic and energetic individual. She is always one step ahead. Her attention to detail, innovative planning and her dedication to excellence are all indicators of her unlimited potential. She has always been well organized, mission-oriented and empathetic. She displays exceptional integrity and moral courage.

Nikki has a strong, deep concern for her customers and a no-nonsense approach to things. She can and will do the right thing every time! A more positive, enthusiastic, professional individual you will not find. She also has a keen wit and fine sense of humor that is infectious.

In summary, I judge Nikki Bufalino to be an outstanding person in all aspects. An individual of this caliber is a rarity. She is eminently qualified and I unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor!

Having been a realtor, I prided myself as a great service realtor. But I didn’t know what that truly was until I had Nikki Bufalino as a realtor! TRULY PHENOMENAL! She misses nothing. From house hunting, to selection, to financing, to closing and walking through the door of our new home, Nikki was there every step of the way! Not only was she there, she made sure we were comfortable with each process. Nikki’s knowledge of the local area is vast. She is very comfortable in sharing what would be available within your parameters. It was nothing to get a call from Nikki to let us know of a property that just came on the market. And fast we’d move to see it. There are just not the words to use to let you know that I would recommend Nikki for any of your real estate needs. She will not disappoint!!!! THANK YOU, NIKKI!
