Working with Nichole was a breath of fresh air to say the least. She jumped in and took our first time home buying experience that started off agonizing and turned it into a joyful time. We started with a local realtor and wanted to purchase a new home. Our local realtor claimed she was not able to get in touch with the builder for over 2 weeks and also had a way of making us feel as if we were less than for our budget. Thankfully, Nichole stepped in and saved the day from a state away.

Nichole was not only able to reach to the builder and make contact same day of request, she actually was able to get us in contract on a home that was not yet available for purchase. This is only the beginning.

After 10 days of not hearing from the builders lender on the status of our application I reached to Nichole to update her. She was very gracious in listening to my frustrations and decided to take things in her own hands. Nichole managed to track down the right person to get things moving. There were several hiccups along the way from the builder and the builders lender. Their process and communication was beyond inadequate however Nichole always had a way of tactfully demanding a professional business interaction.

Nichole went far above and beyond what a realtor is required to do. On top of that, she treated us as if we were multi-million dollar clients along the way. It is very clear Nichole was meant to be a business woman. She carries herself with pride and dignity and will do anything to get the job done. I would highly recommend using Nichole on your next deal. Thank you Nichole, we quite literally could not have done it without you!

In our opinion, Nichole Moody of Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge in Roseville, CA is highly personable and very experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions. She explains what it takes to prepare your house for sale, whether it be various upfront home inspection reports, which allows the sale to progress faster, or simply things that her clients can do to make their home show at its best! The attention to detail once your home is listed via professional photography and slideshows really showcases the property and we feel made a big difference in the viewing of our home for potential buyers. She goes above and beyond for her clients to keep them informed so they thoroughly understand all aspects of their transaction, whether it be selling or buying. Nichole keeps you on track and moving forward throughout the process with all the necessary documents and signatures for a timely and successful outcome. We can’t say enough positive things about her and everyone that has worked with her in the past I am sure would agree. We would absolutely recommend Nichole to anyone who desires a very knowledgeable professional for their real estate needs!

Working in the real estate industry since 1999, I have worked with a ton of agents over the years and Nichole has far exceeded every level of customer service for her clients. From educating her clients about the entire buying process, strategically positioning their offers to maximize a positive seller response, to helping store their personal items until they've successfully moved into their new home, Nichole is the total package. I would not hesitate to work with Nichole. She is truly AMAZING!!!

Nichole is the best real estate agent EVER! I was a very difficult customer because I had a laundry list as to what I wanted in a house and things I wouldn't even bother with. Nichole spent her time listening and truly caring about what my wife and I were looking for. She works for you to make sure you get the home you want and that you are truly happy. She would ask me when showing us homes if I LOVED it or liked it, she said if it didn't love it we shouldn't buy. She doesn't just push you into a sale for the commission, she really cares about you wanting to live there. I have never before worked with a real estate agent so competent and caring, she really is the best!!!

I recently sold my home in Rocklin CA and had the absolute best real estate agent there is. Nichole Moody had my house sold in 3 days. She thought of everything from A-Z and made my selling experience effortless. I was so impressed with her professionalism that I asked her to help me find my new home and she did. Nichole knew exactly what I was looking for and always had my best interest at heart. I was in my new house in 30 days and I couldn’t be happier.

Nichole is the only realtor I will work with. Four years ago she helped my buy my first home and in January I reached out to her about selling. She sold my Condo within 3 days of it being on the market and walked me through the entire process. She answered all my questions within minutes of asking and handled it immediately. I highly recommend Nichole to any first home buyers or anyone looking to sell/buy their home. She is amazing.

Nichole recently sold our home. I cannot say enough nice things about Nichole. First thing I have to say is her customer service is Top Notch. Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME I called her, she answered her phone. Every. Single. Time. Who does that anymore..?? If she was in a meeting, she would still answer and tell me she would call me back, then call back quickly or she would step out of the meeting to speak with me. When I texted her, she replied immediately. Nichole was very patient while answering all of my nervous Nellie questions and never once did she not have an educated answer. Nichole is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and the escrow process as she has been in the business for 18 years. We had rented our house for the last 2 years. The tenants put in notice unexpectedly so we hoped for a quick sale. We were concerned about the cost to fix it up after tenants moved out. Nichole came over , looked at the house inside and out, and told us what price point we should list at leaving house As IS. The price was right where we wanted it. We listed at Nichole's recommended price, and had 3 offers within 3 days!
Nichole is honest and very trustworthy. She is a Rare Find and I highly recommend her.

We were first time buyers and had no idea where to start. We wanted to find an agent that was trustworthy and wouldn’t look down on us because our purchase options were slim due to the school loan debt. From the first contact with Nichole we knew that we had found the one. She listened to our pipe dreams and then immediately went to work. She gave us detailed information about the process and where to start. She worked hand in hand with the lender and knew the process, preparing us for items prior to the lender asking for them. She understood completely the magnitude of emotions that go along with home buying and made everything very simple for us to understand. We never felt lost.
