Nichole Pearce

Nikki was born in Lake Tahoe but raised in Las Vegas by her grandmother and mom. After frequently visiting her father in the Reno/Tahoe area, Nikki decided she wanted to live in a small town with more of a family friendly feel. Loving the area Nikki made the move to Reno. She is a true Nevadan with a particular love for everything Northern Nevada has to offer; from the beauty of the Truckee River, Lake Tahoe, and Pyramid Lake, to all the unique events the area and community is known for.

Nikki has worked in the service industry for over twenty-five years, starting as a hostess at an upscale steak house at age seventeen. At twenty-one, she was fortunate enough to learn the ropes of the industry under Peter Morton at the famous Hard Rock Hotel Pool in Las Vegas before moving to Reno where she further honed her skills in guest service under the Caranos at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino. It's this lengthy service industry background, as well as her commitment to taking the time and focus to take the best care possible of her clients' needs, that really sets her apart.
