Nick holds a BA from the University of Texas, a Master of Urban Affairs and Planning from Boston University, and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University. His background in community development and as an owner-operator of a growing restaurant group gives him firsthand insight into site selection, negotiations, operations, and long-term value creation.
He has closed transactions across industrial flex, corporate office, CBD retail, historic properties, development land, retail leasing, rural commercial assets, restaurants, and portfolio dispositions throughout Central Texas.
