Nick Blue

Nick planted the seed for what would later become Blue Sky Homes with the acquisition of his first investment property in 2009; a time when the masses were running from the sector and housing was considered a ‘terrible’ investment. Since then, his team has expanded, enabling Blue Sky to buy & sell more than 300 properties, involving over $150M in real estate transactions.

Prior to founding Blue Sky and acquiring his real estate license, Nick worked as a financial advisor. He specialized in equity management by helping his clients understand and execute creative investment opportunities utilizing real estate to achieve their financial goals. In addition, he held his Series 7 and 66 licenses to assist with more traditional investing strategies in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.
