I was born and raised on a farm south of Frankfort, SD. I attended High School in Redfield, SD and then went to college in Jamestown, ND and later Brookings, SD. I moved to Aberdeen in 1997 where I met my wife Stephanie. We started our family together and put our roots down here. I have 3 sons and a daughter. I've been active in coaching their youth soccer, football and wrestling teams over the years.

For ten years now I have been the manager of Snap Fitness and have enjoyed helping many people meet their fitness goals.
