Nicholas J. Gould started Gould Group Investment Real Estate in 2023. He brings a relentless pursuit of putting the client’s interest first, adding value to every client interaction. He believes that building relationships founded on trust, integrity, and professionalism is the key to success in assisting his clients with buying, selling, and exchanging multifamily investment properties. His local market knowledge aids him in understanding his clients’ needs and advising them on best practices. Before joining the Commercial Real Estate industry, Nicholas worked in the technology sector, where he leveraged the latest technology to assist in his business. He leverages these tools to meet and exceed client expectations in today’s fast-paced world. Nicholas is a graduate of San Diego State University where he studied Business Management. In his free time, he loves being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
