A third generation real estate investor and the son of a successful real estate professional, Nicholas Grodzicki literally grew up in the industry with a well rounded perspective. An accomplished Broker Associate who has always specialized exclusively in million dollar-plus properties, Nicholas has spent the past 5 years representing primarily $5M-$10M+ transactions for investors from New York City and The Hamptons with sellers in West Palm Beach and the Island of Palm Beach.

A graduate of Central Michigan University, Nicholas began his career as a protegee of the primary Realtor on the TV show Million Dollar Listing. A well established resident of West Palm Beach, he has carefully followed its development as a financial center and enjoyed being an integral part of its evolution.
