Nick Hazelton

Nick Hazelton was born and raised in Reston, Virginia, before attending the University of Southern California, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After graduating, Nick moved to San Francisco to work in corporate retail merchandising for Williams Sonoma Inc. and later Levi Strauss & Co., developing an analytical mindset and eye for design—both of which are of utmost importance when creating and advising on a strategy to sell or buy a home. After a number of years in corporate retail, Nick followed his passion for “all things real estate” and joined a boutique luxury real estate firm in San Francisco. Nick was named “Rookie of the Year” his first year in business and was consistently ranked among his office’s top producers.

After a very successful beginning to his real estate career in San Francisco, Nick returned "home" to Washington, D.C., where he continues to service home sellers, buyers, and investors in all price points. Having grown up in the area, he is able to provide his clients with a white-glove real estate experience, from valuable market insights to a wide network of home service providers. Nick’s clients consistently refer to him as being extremely reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable. He is deeply invested in the outcome of each and every client he takes on and always strives to exceed expectations.
