Nick Hominski

Nick Hominski moved to Lewes, Delaware, in 2010, drawn by the town’s charm, history, and beautiful beaches. Originally from Southeastern Connecticut, he graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2009 and has spent over 12 years helping people buy homes in both Sussex and Kent county with one of the nation’s top homebuilders. Nick also has a strong background in financing and mortgage programs to help navigate your home purchase journey.

Nick loves the ever-changing world of real estate, appreciating the flexibility it gives him and the chance to meet new people. He takes pride in using his local knowledge to help clients make smart financial decisions, ensuring they feel confident every step of the way.

When he’s not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayla, their daughters, Olivia and Lucy, their three dogs, Rocky, Koko, and Toby and their Bearded dragon, Lloyd. He’s always up for trying a new restaurant, catching a game, working out, traveling, going to concerts, or watching a good movie.
