Nick was a huge help in finding us our forever home. He went above and beyond for us. He was always there for us when we needed him and he is great at spotting trouble or cheap things in houses. Not only did he help us buy a home, he also helped us sell our old house. It was so easy with him. He handled everything. Definitely would recommend Nick Miller.

Nick Miller was awesome to work with! He is very knowledgeable and made the process of selling and building a house (during a pandemic) a lot less stressful than we thought it would be. When we were looking for a new home in Louisville we contacted Nick to help in our search. Nick was very responsive and put together a list of properties. He went with us to each of the properties we selected and helped us with our pro and con list for each of them. When we finally decided on a home, Nick guided us through every step. Are we happy we used Nick? Absolutely! Would we use his services again? You can bet we will.

Nick was great to work with. He has vast knowledge of homes and the quality of them from his years of experience in both building and selling. He has an advantage over others because of that building knowledge and so you as a customer receive way more than you pay for. I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hard working agent who will show you things in the property that others may miss.
