Nick’s work experience includes real estate development, marketing, and sales for Aqua at Pelican Isle, where he spearheaded more than $80 million in pre-construction sales for the landmark super-luxury residential tower community in North Naples. Project Manager for developer WCI Communities, overseeing Luxury Tower development and Sales in Naples and Bonita Springs. For the homebuilding giant PulteGroup, Nick Naples sold 100’s of new construction homes throughout Southwest Florida communities.
Nick Naples is well-respected for his tireless community service work on behalf of the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. During his tenure as Trustee of the Lee Health Foundation Board of Trustees, the nonprofit raised more than $125 million for the new Children’s Hospital tower that opened in May 2017.
Despite his busy schedule, Nick Naples is a devoted husband to Jennifer Naples and father to their four teen-aged children. Nick and Jennifer moved to Southwest Florida in 2004 from New York City after experiencing the World Trade Center terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. The couple lived and worked in the financial district and witnessed the tragedy first-hand. They volunteered at ground Zero immediately afterward supporting first responders from nearby Trinity Church.
Nick Naples comes from an entrepreneurial family, before earning a degree in Finance and Accounting from Old Dominion University in Virginia, he worked in his father’s marina business in Mystic, CT., repairing and cleaning boats. After college, Nick Naples started and managed a successful luxury kitchen and bath remodeling and custom millwork firm. Among other awards, Naples was inducted into the Remodeling Magazine Big 50 Hall of Fame.
