Nick Petrosian is Vice President of Investments at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty, specializing exclusively in the sale and valuation of multifamily residential income properties throughout Los Angeles County, from 2-unit properties to larger apartment buildings.
Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2008, Nick has focused on representing private apartment owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties. His track record includes more than 230 apartment transaction sides since 2009 across a wide range of property sizes, values and market conditions.
Nick has extensive transaction experience throughout Los Angeles County, particularly in Southeast Los Angeles County, including Downey, Whittier, Bellflower, Bell Gardens, Norwalk, South Gate, Cudahy, Bell, Lynwood, Huntington Park, Paramount and Maywood, as well as Long Beach and surrounding markets.
Nick began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2008 and joined RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty in 2012. His exclusive focus on multifamily investment properties provides apartment owners with detailed knowledge of property values, buyer demand, local market conditions, rent regulations and the factors that influence the value and marketability of apartment properties.
Nick takes an advisory approach to brokerage, helping owners understand the current value of their property, evaluate their options and determine the appropriate strategy based on their individual objectives. When an owner decides to sell, Nick combines targeted property marketing with longstanding relationships among private investors, apartment owners and active 1031 exchange buyers to maximize market exposure and create competition for the property.
