I had been looking for a rental for almost 3 months. Either the person/agent listing the rental would not reply to my request or I'd apply just to find a tenant had already been approved.

Nick replied to my request immediately and showed me a townhouse that same night. While that one didn't work out, Nick sent me a video of a townhouse in the same area, pushed through the paperwork and in under 3 weeks of working with him, I've signed on the ideal unit!

Nick's positive energy and diligence eased my stress and made him a pleasure to work with. Thank you Nick.

Nick was honestly everything you’d want in an agent. Quick responses, always attentive, and really works incredibly hard to help you find what you’re looking for. It was a pleasant experience during what is typically a stressful or difficult time when looking for a new home. I felt confident in Nick’s understanding of my requirements and he really went out of his way to provide a great experience. I highly recommend working with Nick when you want thorough and professional help in finding your new place. Can’t say enough good things.

Nick was so helpful in our home buying process! He continued showing us houses and putting us at ease, at any point that we became discouraged through the process of finding a new home. We had some very specific needs and he kept searching for the right house for us. He didn't treat us like one of his clients - he treated us like we were his ONLY clients. He went the extra mile in every aspect (responsiveness, research, and even going into crawl spaces!). We could not recommend him any more. We were so glad we were able to work with Nick, as he helped in getting the perfect home for us!

Highly recommend Nick to any first time home buyer out there who is looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond with helping buy a home. If you are looking for a realtor who will climb into crawl spaces and give you a realistic view of the house, Nick is your guy. My husband and I felt like we were in the right hands the entire time throughout the home buying process- Nick walked us through all steps and answered every question (no matter how small!) we had. Nick was also always available via text call or email whenever we needed him, which was very important to us for our first time buying a home. We truly felt like we were in good hands through the whole home buying process, and had a realtor that had our best interests in mind. Nick is also very knowledgeable of local contractors who are able to assist in anything your new home may need, and has a network of connections that is unparralleled. If you are a first time home buyer or a long time home buyer, we could not recommend Nick more!

I recently rented a condo from Nick. From the moment I first reached out to him, he has been attentive, empathic, friendly and straightforward. Nick made the process of renting very painless. I absolutely love my new home, and look forward to using him as my realtor when the time comes to purchase a home. Update- I’ve been in my condo for almost 4 months. Nick is still the same person, same attentive attitude as day one. My parents recently decided to move back to the area, so who other to contact, but Nick. One word….solid! Nick is a solid guy. He has worked with my parents, answering every question they ask him (and there’s a lot) as they navigate the move back to PA. I cannot recommend Nick enough!

Nick was incredibly helpful in our apartment hunt. He found us a great apartment that has everything we wanted (and within budget). He knew the area well and was super quick in finding listings and scheduling showings. In the past I've had to pay for a different credit check service for each apartment I applied to; Nick worked with the landlords so that I only had to pay for one credit check for all the apartments I applied to. When we signed on our new apartment, Nick got us a welcome gift of several gift cards to local businesses to help us explore the area. I'm very glad we worked with Nick, he made the apartment hunt much easier and I would certainly work with him again in the future.
