Was my first time renting by myself and was a little intimated and overwhelmed by the process. Toured a place I was interested in and Nick was in charge of the unit. He told me even if I wasn't interested in the unit he would help me find something that worked for me. Right off the bat I felt more comfortable because of his knowledge and professional attitude. He made the whole process simple and smooth. Was always quick with responses if I had questions and willing to help. Thanks to Nick I got set up in my apartment ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with how it went. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for housing in the area
