I met Nick through a business opportunity which happened right around the time I needed to sell my co-op and purchase my first home. In all of our conversations he was attentive, engaged, and personable. Though, sometimes, I felt that I was being "too much" - asking too much, saying too much, calling too much - he never made me feel like I was a bother and always validated my thoughts and feelings throughout the entire process. During one of our conversations, I was surprised to learn that he was actively working with six (6) other clients as I NEVER felt neglected and ALWAYS felt like I was top priority. Best of all, when I kept sending him prospective homes, he was quick to get on a call, ask me what attracted me to said home, and respectfully kept me on task and true to my wants and away from any impulses. He was very responsive to all of my calls and texts. He made it his responsibility to attend every showing, home inspection and appraisal - always responding to my requests with "I got your back." It's such a relief to know - and truly believe - that someone has your back. I will recommend Nick every day, all day.
