With the professional and competent services of Nicky Johnson, we just bought our first property in over 25 years! I have to say that it was such an easy and pleasurable experience due to Nicky’s experience and skills in quickly helping us define exactly what we were looking for and narrowing the search to appropriate properties. Nicky is knowledgeable about the San Diego area and provided many insights into neighborhoods and properties, leading us to making informed decisions. She answered every inquiry promptly and was very flexible in scheduling viewings quickly to accommodate this hot market. She has many contacts in the profession and could always find out answers for us, or steer us to other experts in the field. Personable and genuinely interested in helping us find just the right place, my husband and I felt that she had our best interests at heart, rather than making a quick sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicky to all my friends as an agent with integrity and expertise.

Working with Nicky was a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in San Diego. As this was our first home buying experience, Nicky was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the process. She provided expert recommendations on what to do and was always honest with her thoughts about potential offers and counters. She helped navigate through one of the toughest home buying markets we have seen a long time and was always available for any questions we had when going through the process. Nicky Johnson went "above and beyond" in helping me with the sale of my condo. She was available 24/7 to answer questions and offer her expert advice. Her organizational skills are outstanding. At the initial presentation she brought a personalized bound book of comps in the area. Her interface with the prospective buyer's agent was impeccable. This made for a smooth and easy transition. This has been by far the best experience I've had in selling my property.

Nicky is the best. She is upbeat and a go getter. She listed my previously rented condo in Encinitas. She was a tremendous help with the prep throughout the sale during the Covid-19 virus restrictions. She was my moral support during the closing which at times was nerving racking.

Nicky was absolutely amazing from day 1 of the house hunting search to close of escrow! She helped me through the entire process from daily txt message check-ins & updates on paperwork that would be coming my way, as well as negotiating the fine print details, and helped keep me on a steady course with quick response times if I had any questions at all! I was a first time home-buyer and navigating this unfamiliar territory can be a bit scary and Nicky really made it a quick and easy transaction!
