Nicky Johnson is a true real estate professional and I feel lucky to have had her sell my home. Nicky made herself available from the time the home was being prepared for sale until the close of escrow and beyond! She coordinated all of the various professionals involved and always accommodated my busy work schedule. Overall, Nicky helped the process go very smoothly (even when we hit a couple unexpected bumps). She works diligently to ensure her clients are well represented, have the information they need to make informed decisions and receive the best service every step of the way. We got top dollar and $100,000.00 over asking price. You can't go wrong with Nicky Johnson on your team!

We have just completed the sale of our Orange County California rental property to my tenant. We’ve experienced two previous escrows in our lifetimes: our personal residence 52 years ago and this rental property 41 years ago.

Nicky Johnson handled the transaction but only after my husband and I fired the listing agent who had opened escrow and drawn up documents reflecting many mistakes including the wrong names for the seller and a selling price missing the last three zeros (000). The selling price of a property with comparable sales of over $800,000 was less than $1,000.

Our daughter suggested we use Nicky Johnson, a San Diego realtor and friend. Nicky is truly a knowledgeable, experienced realtor and patient teacher. I questioned everything. She would promptly respond making legalize simple English. When I learned that agreeing to the selling price was not the end of negotiations, Nicky was there with “this is something you have to do” or “no way, I suggest this or that”. Her patience is beyond incredible. We continued step by step always aware the next document received from the buyers might not be good news but always confident we would get through it.

Selling or buying a property is a process of attaining a goal requiring knowledge and experience. Nicky Johnson is the realtor we will recommend to anyone looking to attain this goal.

With the professional and competent services of Nicky Johnson, we just bought our first property in over 25 years! I have to say that it was such an easy and pleasurable experience due to Nicky’s experience and skills in quickly helping us define exactly what we were looking for and narrowing the search to appropriate properties. Nicky is knowledgeable about the San Diego area and provided many insights into neighborhoods and properties, leading us to making informed decisions. Nicky Johnson went "above and beyond" in helping me with the sale of my condo. She was available 24/7 to answer questions and offer her expert advice. Her organizational skills are outstanding. At the initial presentation she brought a personalized bound book of comps in the area. Her interface with the prospective buyer's agent was impeccable. This made for a smooth and easy transition. This has been by far the best experience I've had in selling my property.

She helped me through the entire process from daily txt message check-ins & updates on paperwork that would be coming my way, as well as negotiating the fine print details, and helped keep me on a steady course with quick response times if I had any questions at all! I was a first time home-buyer and navigating this unfamiliar territory can be a bit scary and Nicky really made it a quick and easy transaction!
