Nico Lang

Nico Lang is a real estate broker with 14 years of experience in new construction homes, commercial properties, and land development.

Nico has worked extensively with some of the largest builders on the East Side and utilizes his vast experience to help his primary clientele: those who are buying or selling new or newer homes on the prestigious East Side.

With over $175M in new construction sales since 2015, Nico has a deep understanding of how to sell and buy new construction and best serve his clients. While Nico helps clients all around the greater Seattle are, he is particularly active in Kirkland and Bellevue.

After graduating from Seattle University, Nico began his career in real estate by working for CB Richard Ellis, one of the world's largest real estate companies. Nico has owned and lived in Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland, and now happily resides in Kirkland’s East of Market neighborhood.
