She is originally from San Diego; however, she has loved living in many areas of California. She went to college in Hawaii at Brigham Young University. Just a few years after college she started working in Real Estate on the Lending side of things in Sacramento. It must have been meant to be since she met her husband while working for Prudential as a Loan Processor in their Lending office. After getting married they bought their first home in Vacaville, Solano County and she obtained her license to be the In-House Loan Agent at Prudential Real Estate. She understands the financing side of things and loves working with buyers for this reason. She sold Real Estate in Solano County and later came to the Gilroy area to be closer to family during the 2007 recession. While the Real Estate market took a crash, she went to work in Property Management and managed properties all over the Bay Area and Silicon Valley which lasted for almost 13 years. She feels like street names have been carved into her memory. She is deeply knowledgeable for investors and loves helping them find that perfect rental property. From those experiences she knows what it takes to buy or sell a home in your desired area, and she would love to collaborate with you! In her free time, you can find her on the tennis court, golf greens, or hiking with her family and her dog Pepper.
