Nicole began her real estate journey in 2003 and has reached numerous professional milestones over the past two decades. In January 2019, she proudly co-founded Cardinal Realty LLC with her husband, Chris Annis—a 100% Medically Retired USMC veteran. Complementing her real estate expertise is an extensive legal background; Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and brings over 14 years of legal experience to every transaction.
