Nicole Buso

Nicole Buso began her journey into real estate through a deep passion for architecture and interior design. Drawing on a variety of both personal and professional influences, her passion was sparked by the historical buildings in San Juan, Puerto Rico where her family resides, and her time in Philadelphia, PA while attending Villanova University. Nicole focused her design practice on investor and home improvement projects in the cities of Orlando and St Petersburg, FL and Peoria, IL. For over 10 years, Nicole has been utilizing her talent for design, which lead her into helping clients and agents stage their listings to highlight the best possible face of the property- one of the reasons she was selected to be featured as a designer on the HGTV show Beach Front Bargain Hunt Renovation.

Nicole’s love for the St. Petersburg area, including Dunedin and the beaches of the West Coast, has grown each year since she relocated to Tampa Bay from Peoria in 2011. Interior design is at the heart of her work with investments, which seeps into how she collaborates with clients to help them design and improve their property, keeping them within budget and maximizing their return on investment. Her personality and love for people shines through every interaction, and she dedicates herself to her clients by listening to what they want and leveraging her diligence to best facilitate their needs. Her goal during each individual property transaction is to expedite solutions, minimize frustrations, and focus on the most prominent features of a property investment. Nicole believes extreme care and diligence should be taken with one of the largest investments most people make during their lifetime. Nicole and her team of professionals look forward to helping clients find their dream home and/or sell their current property or investment.
