Nicole represents a new generation in real estate. She is creative, forward-thinking and thrives on a refreshingly modern vision and work-ethic.
Nicole’s love for where she lives drives an overarching passion for her work, and an energy and enthusiasm that is almost palpable. A Rye resident for 14 years, Nicole is a community devotee – from the Executive Board of the YMCA to coach of her children’s sports teams, to editor of online news source Rye HamletHub – Nicole does not miss a beat! And that is just one powerful advantage of collaborating with her.
An attorney and astute businesswoman, her legal knowledge and negotiating prowess are invaluable. After graduating with a BA from Boston College and a JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Nicole went on to work in securities litigation for a prestigious Wall Street firm, and later to providing legal support to families and seniors on public assistance.
Known for her good judgment, her profound understanding of market conditions and trends, and her easy talent for communicating, Nicole ensures that every client is informed and confident throughout the home buying or selling process.
But for Nicole it’s much more than simply showing or selling a home, there’s an art to it, a highly creative approach that relies heavily on marketing strategies and social media – a key area of her expertise, and one that sets her apart. She is technology driven, and she has a multitude of venues to help clients with exposure.
Nicole takes considerable pride in calling herself a true ‘matchmaker’ not just between home buyers and sellers, but between her close circle of friends. She gleefully admits to having set up five friends, testament to having great emotional intelligence and networking skills.
Nicole loves being a resource for her clients in every way. She truly is “Your Westchester Source.”
