Nicole Emerson

Nicole is a wife, mother of two, and an Austin REALTOR with a passion for central Texas living. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California where she graduated with honors in 2001. Nicole is an active community volunteer, fitness enthusiast, and a dedicated agent. She has served as a committee member on the Austin Board of Realtors Water Conservation and Transportation policy team, was nominated for the 2017 ABOR Salesperson of the Year award, and was the recipient of the 2017 Builder's Boost award. In addition, Nicole holds the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Nicole's philosophy is to serve with gratitude, always put her client's needs first, and approach each situation with a positive attitude. Nicole is passionate about her work and the city she calls home, Austin.
