Nicole was born and raised in Danville, an East Bay- San Francisco suburb. She holds deep roots throughout the community with a grandfather as an original Tassajara Valley landowner, and one of the first builders in Blackhawk. Nicole has watched the development and growth of our local lands from her childhood to present day, now selling the many homes that were built on this precious land. Interestingly, one of the cross streets off main Blackhawk Road was named after her father's side of the family-"Fish Creek Road" and where her family called home for some time. From the absorption of construction knowledge from her grandfather, and having the benefit of shadowing her mother, who was also a local realtor, she therefore obtained a deep sense of Real Estate in its many facets inspiring her at a young age to become the Realtor she is today.
After a successful career in vocational college admission sales, Nicole ambitiously pursued the real estate industry. Being determined and energized by her passion for Real Estate, sales, and people, Nicole began fulfilling her dream to become a realtor. Almost immediately, Nicole was able to engage with an asset management account with a major institution bank and "cut her teeth" on REO sales. This segued into the short sale business and early on in her career, she experienced the ever-changing marketplace- which would carry her to her success today.
Nicole entered this business for her genuine appreciation of what a home symbolizes and what a luxury and privilege it is to own one, especially here in the state of California. Nicole decided she wanted to be the personal representation behind the process, priding herself on client satisfaction and building lifelong relationships.
