Nicole Evans

After graduating from Fairhope High School in 1989, Nicole moved to PA to spend time with her sister and new son. With the weather being much colder than she was used to, she decided to move to the MS Gulf Coast where he worked in the casinos as a Tables Games dealer and that's where she met her husband. He came from a contracting family and had several years of experience flipping houses so they decided to start a residential construction company in 2003.

In 2010, they moved to Houston and had a successful Residential Remodelling company. But, after their daughter graduated in 2020 and joined the Navy, they decided to move closer to home to be around their grandkids. Since they were both very familiar with the Mobile area, they decided that it was the ideal location to start a house-flipping company. Nicole decided to take it to the next level by obtaining her real estate license. With many years of experience working with homeowners, she recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations.
