Nicole helped sell our house in May 2021. She was wonderful from first contact. Knows the Eugene/Springfield market very well and offered guidance as to what projects we could do before listing to enhance the value of our home. Once it went on market, the process was worry free from the time a sign went up in our yard all the way through closing. Highly recommended.
