Nicole Garner is a Washington, DC metropolitan area native. She studied Information Technology (IT) at Bowie State University and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology. Nicole's IT career began as a database developer building database solutions for clients in the DC area. Over the years, she has developed a knack for assessing client needs and working with teams to provide recommendations and implement sound solutions.
In recent years, Nicole has taken the same skillset she perfected while working in IT and coupled it with her long-term passion for real estate to build a successful career as an agent. As someone who has been engaged in all aspects of real estate transactions she understands the goals and approach from all sides. Her unique perspective allows her to negotiate the best deals quickly and effectively for her clients.
