Our family moved from Michigan to New Hampshire and I have to say Nicole was wonderful to work with. With all the moving parts of a multi state move Nicole was available and responsive whenever we needed her. She went on showings with our family members in NH and was very knowledgeable and personable. Not being there to see the houses firsthand was difficult but Nicole did everything she could to show us the homes we were interested in and made sure we knew the ins and outs.

Nicole was absolutely amazing, She always made time for us to see a property we where interested in and once we found our house she helped us so much in the process, We had many issues with our broker and Nicole was on top of them everyday untill the end. We had a issue with how far our septic was from the well and there was no documentation on it as soon as it happened Nicole got her guy out to measure and draw a diagram for us immediately. She was also a great help with talking to the family selling the house to get us extensions. If it wasn't for her I know the deal would of fallen threw and we would not have gotten our house. If we ever are buying again we would absolutely use Nicole she was perfect for us.

Nicole was the consummate professional. The buyer we were dealing with was difficult. At all time Nicole was able to keep focused on the goal of selling the property for the best price available. She walked me through the process step by step, dealt with the delays and non-cooperation from the other party and got me through the process.

Also, prior to signing with Nicole I did some market research of my own and had a range that I thought the property was worth (which I did not share with her). Nicole sold the property for the absolute top end of that range.

Nicole is an amazing realtor and one of the hardest workers I’ve seen in a very long time. During this difficult market, she was always there to help us. She responds immediately at all hours and educated us on everything related to home buying including a lot of information that our broker did not tell us. We almost had our house deal fall through 3xs!!! Nicole fought and did everything she could to get us our house! She dropped everything and ran multiple tasks for us to ensure our sale went through. In a housing market that has become extremely difficult for working class families looking for a home they deserve, not a flip. Nicole Garrity was instrumental in helping my wife and I find the home we were dreaming of for us and our daughter!

Nicole went all in from the start despite the covid landscape she had to endure and scheduled extremely safe home visits at the cyclic rate! But she wouldn't just show us these homes for a fast sale, she was brutally honest and forthcoming about the home, property and our personal financial realities.

Nicole is incredible. I contacted her early in the summer to get my condo on the market unexpectedly. I needed to sell it quickly, and find a new home by the end of the summer. She sold my home extremely quickly, helping me strategize with of my offers I should take. My fiance and I were represented by Nicole Garrity as buyers in an extremely competitive sellers market. I was amazed at Nicole's availability! Her response time when you email/text her is incredible. Almost fully around the clock. Also, her flexibly and ability to fit in multiple showings, sometimes literally within only hours notice, was extremely impressive.

Nicole would work well into the night, writing offers and submitting them on our behalf. She doesn't quit until the work is done. She is well versed in all the ins and outs of negotiating a good deal for her clients and knows all aspects of a quality Purchase and Sale Agreement, Addendum's, and how to get the most out of the dreaded "home inspection". She successfully had the sellers take responsibility and fix several major problems before heading to Closing.

With Nicole's help, even in a strong sellers market, my fiance and I were able to find a single family home for LESS than the listing price. (Many properties were selling for up to $10,000 over the listing price during our home search.)

It was a pleasure to work with her and I would strongly recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Nicole is SO great at her job and she brings such optimism and professionalism to the table. There were days where I was so overwhelmed and unsure, but she was one call/text away and answer my questions at ANY time of the day/night. I had such confidence in her and her ability to steer us in the right direction. We would talk about a property, I would show my interest in it, and a few hours later we would be viewing it. She would always be there whenever we needed her to be and I would not have made it through this process without her. Nicole is an expert at what she does. Not only did she help up quickly sell our first home, but also helped find and purchase our forever home as well. I cannot forget to mention that she did all of this while we were out of the country on vacation! It was great to relax and know that we were in good hands and not have to worry about the details because Nicole had that all taken care of back home.
