Nicole Harrell

Nicole relocated with her family from Pittsburgh to Sussex County in 1986, and they currently live in Frankford. Nicole spent nine years at Sea Colony, where she worked in both the property management division and accounting department. She then accepted a position with a professional land surveying firm, where she spent 10 years building her vast knowledge of real property, including understanding flood zones, deed research, municipality procedures, new construction, and subdivisions.
Nicole joined the Allison Stine Team in March 2015. She spends her free time with her Husband and son enjoying the beach, camping, and all that the area has to offer. Nicole is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and licensed in both Delaware and Maryland.
