Nicole's career includes several years as a real estate appraiser for banks and lenders on the Westside of Los Angeles, which provided her with a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and the valuation process. This provides a distinct advantage to her clients.
Nicole also has deep expertise in marketing, having spent many years in media sales ‚ including television and online properties, where she was consistently acknowledged for her strategic ability, sales performance and superior client service. Known for creating quality, long-lasting relationships built on trust, Nicole consistently performs in her customers' best interests.
Born and raised on the Westside, Nicole has deep market knowledge of the Westside communities and lifestyles, including its pocket neighborhoods and schools. In addition to her keen ability to value, present and market listings, she is extremely well connected in business and the community, having served on the board of the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce for the past eight years (serving as president in 2012-2013). She currently serves on the Chamber executive board as past president advisor.
Nicole graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Corporate Relations. An 18-year resident of Pacific Palisades, Nicole has two sons. She enjoys exercising outdoors, watching her children play sports and is an avid reader.
