Nicole Marburger

Nicole Marburger is a top-producing real estate agent consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in Austin. With numerous accolades to her name, Nicole’s dedication and expertise in the industry have earned her many recognitions, including the prestigious RECA Greg Bourgeois & Lewis Cook Rising Star Award in 2022, highlighting her leadership and ability to serve as a role model for young professionals. Most recently, Nicole was honored as the 2025 Platinum Top 50 Young Professional of the Year, adding to her many years of recognition by Platinum Top 50 and nominations as one of Austin Business Journal’s Top Realtors.

Nicole’s involvement in the real estate community is extensive. She was elected to the Real Estate Council of Austin’s Leadership Development Council in 2017 and now serves on RECA’s Board of Directors. She is also a proud Texas State University alumna, having served on the Alumni Association Board, and continues to give back through her involvement and support.

As an Austin native, Nicole combines her lifelong knowledge of the city with firsthand experience renovating and selling homes in Southwest Austin. Nicole lives in Southwest Austin with her husband, their three children, Wayne, Blaike, and Cameron, and their silver Labrador, Paco. When she’s not working, Nicole loves hosting friends and family at her home, exploring Austin’s outdoors, traveling, and enjoying both long-time favorite and new restaurants.

Giving back is central to Nicole’s values. She is a Champion of the House for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, serves on a team for the 2025 American Heart Association Women of Impact campaign, and supports many local charities throughout the year. Nicole is also a business booster for her children’s school, contributing to their education and community. In addition, she participates in volunteer efforts like RECA’s annual Christmas in October and actively supports the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
